I am a Licensed Residential Real Estate Agent with Lakes Area Realty focused on helping people purchase or sell homes. I do this because I enjoy working with people and helping them achieve their home ownership dreams know matter what the price of the home is. My previous job as an executive at Nordstrom taught me both customer service and negotiation skills. Applying these to real estate transactions makes me unique in helping you find your home. I continually take both education and technology classes to help give my clients an edge on the current market conditions. I am passionate about home ownership and especially love to help first-time home buyers. Just seeing how excited they get when they view homes is highly rewarding. My other passion is preparing a home for sale to get top dollar. I have a team of people ready to help with whatever is needed.
