Worked as Digital Content Manager in the Interactive Department, which serves five diverse radio stations as the in-house agency for online advertiser programs and programming initiatives. I worked with stakeholders from sales, marketing, programming, promotions and production.• Strategize and create compelling web content to serve the needs of stations and advertisers• Conceptualize, develop, design and maintain web content and features• Design and produce content channels and advertiser-sponsored features, including themed channels and high-engagement contests• Work with on-air personalities to develop their online presence through blogs, feature channels and videos• Create, optimize and manage PPC and social media marketing campaigns to drive traffic to targeted content• Design and traffic banner ads• Manage multiple Google Analytics and Webmaster accounts• Serve as interactive department lead for web best practices and SEO• Train and support users in content management system and implement site-wide features as needed
