As a member and certified coach with the International Coaching Federation and member of the Association for Coaching; my coaching experience is underpinned by over 20 years’ as founding director for a highly ambitious and successful Employee Benefit Consultancy. From start up, to the sale to a global financial services firm, we had a vision to become the ‘go to’ Employee Benefits agency for major law firms in the UK.. When we sold the business that vision had become a reality.The challenges we faced growing the business, coupled with my training and experience in coaching, provide a rare and valuable combination for those seeking to support and develop their own or their employee’s leadership and management skills.
