I know they have not learned the lesson that THEY are in charge of their business. What some Agents expect; is to be self employed but have someone hand them business.I pride myself as an Arizona Real Estate Broker; on fast, friendly response to questions agents and clients have. As a Broker I spend time personally counseling agents.
