Served as a Global, Executive Recruitment Lead for Accenture. During my tenure, I led a global team of recruiters executing senior level search assignments across several of Accenture's practice areas including Digital Transformation and Financial Services. I was responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual goal attainment, budget and vendor management. I personally led Accenture's North America, strategic hiring initiative--a top priority for the global, CEO to accelerate growth in our North America Financial Services Practice. During this time, I accomplished 100% of hiring goal in key growth areas in under 12 months for our most complex roles and senior level executives in the company.
