Assisted customers by phone, email or chat with product questions, orders and customer service issues. I have also worked with vendors regarding questions on our customers' orders and forwarded emailed pictures of damage and quality issues to our Research Department.

I managed a call center from my home office, taking calls for orders, rescheduling deliveries, order tracking, etc.

I worked in the Global Channel Services Division (formerly International Business Development) for over a year before my position was eliminated during a cutback. I manned the phones for customer service and pricing groups, processed incoming mail and packages, prepared files for scanning, and helping with special acquisitions as needed.
