My licensed Real Estate journey began in early 1990 in New York. Yes, real estate for three decades. “Team RJ Smith” began with only the rainmaker and me and moved into a larger professional team and work with Better Homes and Garden/Rand Realty. Our Team offered many services areas of real estate, including both Residential and Commercial. The Team approach offered multiple advantages for clients, including expertise in all types, styles, and sizes of properties, experience with residential, land, & commercial. Land development offered design, & municipal approvals; construction and marketing of single-family, multi-family, condominium, and senior complexes; and the management of residential rental units. During my team time, I spearheaded the Residential side of the Team and acted as Listing Coordinator, responsible for all primary residential and land listings. 2017 I made a significant move and took my real estate career to the South and landed in Mooresville, North Carolina. My realtor, when we purchased our home in 2013, Kelly Goddard was looking for a licensed Realtor to join her Team. There was no hesitation knowing the level of services that she gives; I join, and there was no lapse in my career. My position was the Director of Operations, which included responsibilities of all phases of residential listing and transactions closing. I worked with Kelly and the Goddard Smith Group at Keller Williams-Mooresville until the fall of 2019, where I then was asked by Keller Williams to work for them directly as their Technology Trainer in three of their market centers, University, Cornelius and Mooresville. In my career, I have had all phases of experience and feel so blessed to serve many clients and work with professional Teams. In my current position, I am so excited to work directly with agents, working one on one or and group training workshops with all the technology that Keller Williams offers. My real estate career has been so professional and personally so rewarding!
