Help to run a volunteer-led, not-for-profit sailing club to create fantastic sailing and windsurfing opportunities, as well as enabling and facilitating great training and racing, including the (sailing) London Youth Games.

I am a volunteer Director of Artstart, which is a community arts organisation based in Edmonton, North London. Their aim is to create accessible and inclusive art opportunities.

I empower small community/voluntary groups to develop, grow and become sustainable by giving information and support with: Governance, Bank accounts, Policies & Procedures, Committee, Structure, Funding, Fundraising, Events, Marketing, Networking, Training and much, much more....- Created a feasibility report and shaped the partnership to develop a new Furniture Re-Use project in Ware.- Manage small and large scale community events, and volunteers.- Instigates relevant peer support networks to aid sustainability - Supports the Wormley and Turnford Big Local project, which has £1m of funding over the next decade

Managed the activities, training, events and services for older and vulnerable tenants with mental health /learning difficulties/ physical disabilities across London, Herts & Essex for the charitable arm of the Genesis Housing Group - Genesis Community.Managed the Financial Inclusion service.

Ran a £30M Scheme to assist Keyworkers to buy their first home via a Government grant, through a partnership of 4 Housing Associations. Responsible for marketing and promoting this considerable programme through innovative outreach presentations. Led and motivated a large administration/sales team.

Starter Home Manager - in charge of a team who ran publicity events, gave talks at hospitals, schools, etc and calculated affordability of mortgages alongside independent financial advisers, and helped keyworkers to find suitable homes via property searches.
