I also provided frontline support with the Account Management Team.The Social Element is a global social media agency providing social media solutions to some of the world’s biggest brands. Formerly known as Emoderation, we are the largest independent agency in our space but we’re also super friendly, flexible, and always prepared to go above and beyond to help our clients achieve more. We also have a rather clever sister company, Polpeo, that provides a unique crisis management platform.

EModeration offers social media services for clients including BBC Worldwide, HSBC, Mind Candy (Moshi Monsters), MTV, Sony Mobile, ITV, Hyundai, Smirnoff, Ogilvy, the LEGO Group, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Sprint.Since joining eModeration, I've have been engaged in several facets of community management including member engagement, moderation, and the development of community based strategies for the growth and management of vibrant communities.

I was the Online Community Manager for the BE community for its current owners from 2007, and was responsible for member engagement, moderation, moderator appointments and training, as well as content curation.

Co- founder of an expatriate community that launched in February 2000. While under my care the community has grown to over 194,000 members, and over 10 million posts. Having nurtured and built this community from the ground up, it has become the largest and best known British expatriate community on the internet today.
