Led development of offsite SQL, Microsoft .NET application automating New Hire process. Directed content transition of key HRIS data management Dbase III processes to Access based solutions.  Led design, implementation and maintenance of successful New Hire system creation. Provided complete oversight of testing, validation and evaluation of the New Hire system resulting in reducing data entry operations by more than half and improving data entry errors by a fourth.  Held strategic planning sessions with key customer groups, technical resources and 3rd party vendor.  Developed reference materials, delivered training on New Hire system.  Created business process documentation and led the redesign, coding, testing and documentation for the following reporting and database solutions: AAP/EEO reporting, 3rd party vendor integration, Union Reporting, Performance Management, Benefits Reporting, Mainframe table updates, Payroll Maintenance Reporting. •Requirements gathering and analysis and implementation for strategic clients.•Preparing detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface requirements and functional specification documents. •Design specifications and provide suggestions to meet customer needs and requirements. •Coordinate with testing, validation and evaluation of new applications and functions, and determine issues in service and software. •Managing any change requests related to the working project plans to meet the agreed deadlines. •Lead strategic planning sessions with stakeholders, and technical resources.

Directed e-HR strategies for the corporation. Led business support for corporate initiatives involving the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Led and managed the strategic planning, design, and integration of technology for HR. Directed HR information management / security, LAN, and internal desktop services for the HR division.--Led HR Technology team in the successful implementation and integration of SuccessFactors - the chosen performance management system. Project completed on time and on budget. --Actively led and developed along with the IT architecture team a five year HR Systems Strategic Plan.--Reduced software costs and improved overall quality and efficiency in an aggressive five month integration of HR information and processes for a merged partner.
