Serve as Instructor for UNIV 100 Freshman Connection: The Student in the University, administered by the Office of Extended Studies during Fall semester. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2020 the course was taught completely online for the first time. Instructors were required to develop their own course spaces in Canvas, the campus LMS. I designed and redesigned learning activities and materials to create an engaging and supportive course for these incoming students.

This included delivering training, creating resource documents and support materials, and developing web-based training resources.
