Established a cost-effective system to distribute marketing materials to a state-wide network of dealers and retail locations.Digital Services Director [1997]Brought back in from the field by request of the CEO to head up the launch of the CDMA Digital network. Was charged with facilitating communication between engineering, marketing, sales and customer service. Established brand position, marketing plan, rate structure and developed launch plan. Was promoted to Director of Marketing just prior to network launch.General Manager RSA#3 [1996-1997]Was the GM (General Manager) for this Rural Service Area that included Genesee, Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaragus and Orleans counties in Southwestern New York. Had P&L responsibilities for the region. Built 2 retail stores (Jamestown and Olean). Also acted as sales manager for the region with responsibilities for direct sales, retail sales, dealer sales and service for the region. Was able to build and inspire my sales force to increase production by more than 200% in a tough territory and terrain with a limited budget, resources and support. Was tapped to head up the transition to digital cellular service.

Regional Marketing Manager - Upstate New YorkDeveloped a 7-person in-house marketing and graphics department managing a $3.5 million dollar advertising budget for the Upstate New York market: Buffalo, Rochester and Albany. Executed regional marketing communications initiatives and campaigns. Developed region-wide ad campaigns to achieve sales objectives. Instrumental in developing a call-in activation system. Continued in a role of a working design manager.Marketing Manager - RochesterDeveloped sales promotions and advertising strategies for the Rochester market. Managed co-op programs with phone manufacturers, developed customer loyalty programs, training materials, print and radio advertisements, media planning and execution. Developed an in-house creative group. Promoted to Regional Marketing Manager.

Independent Manufacturer's Rep for 10 commercial furniture lines. Covered the Upstate New York Territory. Conducted product presentations to Interior Designers, Architects, Dealers and Corporate End Users. Assisted with specifications.

Supported the Webster Research Center. Created print collaterals and tradeshow exhibits for various departments. Also created technical illustrations and fine art illustrations. Represented the department on the Teamwork Planning Committee and developed marketing campaigns for the event.
