I have spent 20 years in behavior change and worked with dieticians to create Savory Living's 12-session online healthy eating & cooking lifestyle change program. Participants discover the right way to eat for them, and turn evidence-based healthy eating recommendations into ACTION. They get the nutrition know-how, learn fast & easy cooking skills & get the support they need to reduce their inflammation AND create a personalized healthy eating lifestyle that they LOVE!Before starting Savory Living, I spent 20 years in consumer marketing and behavior change for companies such as: PepsiCo, Pizza Hut, Procter & Gamble, Intel, Novartis, and J&J. I am very proud of my work on the truth campaign (reduced youth smoking rates by 30%). Before Savory Living I was a partner at Cambridge BioMarketing where I ran the orphan drug division, creating health education campaigns designed to translate science into action and empower patients to take control of their health and manage their disease.
