I have a degree in Mathematics, master's and PHD in Transport Engineering, and executive training in Big Data and Data Science. During my career I had the opportunity to work with mathematical modeling to create a port management model, logistics network optimization, demand forecasting, RPA and software developement , always focusing on using data in the decision-making process for the supply chain. In last 8 years at Ball I participated in global projects, developmented statistical and machine learning models for demand studies. I have also successfully implemented over 83 management reports and online visualization systems that have transformed how our operation functions. I Also managed custom software developers for Supply Chain by applying agile methods and process mapping to apply continuous improvement based on lean culture, Kpis management to ensure we meet our targets.In my current challenge , I am driving the global standardization of forecasting processes to optimize inventory management and mitigate supply chain risks across all regions. I lead the development and implementation of advanced statistical models, ensuring consistent accuracy and efficiency in our global forecasting operations.
