Principal responsibility to ensure annual Scholarship Auction, the most important scholarship fundraising event was successful. Revenue generated in 2018 and 2019 increased 25%. Connected with parents, alumni and friends of U of D Jesuit to secure donations. Identified and contacted new donors and supporters to bring unique and high value items to the auction. Accountable for maintaining and updating records for over 500 items including data entry, storage, grouping, auction set up, pick-up and delivery. Ensured every donor and supported received thank you letter and tax receipt for supporting the auction.

Southfied, Michigan

Created strategic plans and customized marketing materials to grow volume, decrease patient wait times, and promoted transportation services. Developed and executed plan to recruit students for EMT and Paramedic boot camps. Executed programs to improve employee retention and improve recruitment efforts. Performed service recovery on a daily basis to resolve issues from hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and patients. Identify process issues that contributed to the complaints.Conducted Root Cause Analysis, a structured approach of problem solving methods aimed at identifying the root cause of problems for the purpose of process improvement.

Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital

Managing all facets of events for the medical staff including bi-annual staff meetings, monthly board meetings, family picnic, golf outing and dinner dance. Responsible for creating and developing all promotional materials, managing budget, event logistics and growing participation. Achieved 50% increase in participation.Maintained event timelines and budgets to ensure tasks were completed on time.

Responsible for develop revenue generating programs to maintain and enhance the educational opportunities for all Berkley students. Create integrated campaigns, events, sponsorship opportunities and direct appeals to reach alumni, district parents, community residents and area businesses and encourage them to support the BEF. Also write grant proposals for incremental funding to support district reading initiatives. Serve as a spokesperson for the foundation at area events, schools and among the community to generate awareness and support for the Berkley Educational Foundation. When appropriate utilize social media and website to generate awareness for the foundation and drive donations. Manage foundation funds and budgets for all programs and scholarships.

Tripled marketing budgets and doubled key account revenues. Managed annual marketing budgets totaling $3 million dollars.Created integrated advertising sales programs by leveraging key understandings about consumer behavior, motivations and key retailers to consistently achieve sales and grow share. Designed strong sales plans to launch new products and grow existing brands using trends and a strong retail story to validate sales presentations and ensure consumer messages where compelling and would motivate the consumer to purchase. Prepared and presented fact based sales presentations for a variety of audiences including major retailers. Monitored market intelligence, pricing, consumer trends, and promotional activity to build a strong knowledge base for sales teams.

Secured over one million dollars in marketing funds from Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Frito, Snapple and Nabisco to fund sponsorships at Joe Louis Arena, Fox Theatre, the Palace, and to purchase radio advertising. Designed long and short-term marketing plan for 50+ stores in the beverage and snack category.Consistently achieved revenue goals; cut costs, improved inventory levels.Formulated and implemented business plan to directly compete with Kmart by focusing on Guest Service and developing promotional partnerships and local market programs and events. Launched the Take Charge of Education program, a Guest Service initiatives and store compliance programs to build consumer loyalty and grow market share.
