With a focus on media management and content creation, my role was pivotal in advancing our brand's integrity and outreach for the agency's 7 departments that operated under one umbrella. As the Creative Marketing Advisor, I was instrumental in crafting and maintaining a Brand Ambassador Program that upholds the organization’s values and standards. In the first 6 months of the program, the word-of-mouth referrals for this regional hospice agency increased by 5%.The synergy created through the interdepartmental collaborations of the organization's 4 main healthcare services significantly amplified community engagement. The team's success was reflected in my ability to track and adapt to social media trends, ensuring the messaging remained fresh and effective.
