As an educator at Wintec - Waikato Institute of Technology for over 14 years, I have been passionate about teaching database, web technologies, and digital marketing courses to students from diverse backgrounds and levels of expertise. I have also been involved in developing and delivering learning courses, and blended learning solutions to enhance the learning outcomes and engagement of learners.My mission is to integrate creativity and innovation into IT education, and to prepare students for the dynamic and evolving IT industry and employment environment. I have demonstrated this by obtaining multiple certifications in web development, UX design, and data analysis, and by incorporating these skills and knowledge into my teaching practice and curriculum design. I have also participated in various industry partnerships, projects, and events to foster collaboration and connections between Wintec and the IT sector.
