Sue Guzman has over 10 years of experience representing 2D / 3D architectural andengineering drawing ever since becoming a drafter in 2002. After that, she continuedher education in architecture (2011) from an accredited NAAB (National ArchitecturalAccredited Board) in the United States. Her bachelor thesis consisted of designingmultiuse facilities that support and integrate the enjoyment of sports such as Formula1 with commercial and entertainment programs.In addition, she has taken continuing education courses in engineering/managementand sustainable design. She has also worked with both engineers and architects as aBIM/CAD Designer and as an Architectural Designer. Furthermore, she has served as anAdjunct Professor at Florida Technical College teaching courses for the Associate ofApplied Science (AAS) - Drafting, Technology, and Design.In 2013, Sue completed her Master’s in Sustainable and Eco Design for buildings andurbanism. She researched the use of concrete as the main construction material inPuerto Rico and proposed the use of Bamboo as an eco-friendly solution. Then, afteryears of experience working as a BIM Designer and Coordinator, from 2023 to 2024, shepursued an International Master’s in BIM Management specifically for architects andengineers. Finally, the master explores the collaboration process, management, andBIM Methodology applied to a mixed-use tower located in Dubai.
