Collaboration and a win win relationship becomes our connection result!Before transitioning to this field 20 years ago, I was a real estate investor specializing in helping people who needed help to get a home due to challenges in their being able to qualify. I wrote a book on Lease Purchases and how to structure them for success to help them and to teach other investors and realtors how to make them work for everyone involved. I also taught at a NJ Investor School for many years and give many seminars on wealth building and entrepreneurship.
