Develop and implement the proper strategy that will support and align the LP/Safety department processes and procedures with the company strategic initiatives. Identify, develop, and communicate necessary system, policy, and process changes that will improve or preserve the company shrink/fraud performance. Ensure that all financial risks associated with the current controls are properly researched and represented prior to changes being made related to services platforms, fulfillment, merchandising, store operations, and employee/customer facing processes.

Directed store and field Loss Prevention and Safety teams to ensure optimal levels of compliance to loss prevention, safety, and hazmat programs. Manage staffing, engagement, and development of loss prevention personnel. Work cross-functionally to improve upon existing programs or develop new strategies to improve financial performance.
