As the Owner and Founder of Oneberrie Innovations Corp with over 10 years of experience in the energy, oil and gas, and entrepreneurship & baby sectors, I have developed a unique perspective and expertise on how to foster diversity and inclusion in the workforce, especially for new and expecting parents.Through corporate gifting, Oneberrie provides a consistent approach adding intersectionality to pregnancy & family culture, recognizing caregiving as a shared responsibility between parents. We eradicate bias within the workforce, foster inclusivity of all family dynamics, and ultimately reduce unwanted attrition by unseen parents.
