25 year SEI veteran, currently serving as compliance manager and operations liaison of National Accounts within SEI’s advisor-focused solution. Responsible for many facets of SEI’s national relationships (i.e. broker-dealers), most notably as a liaison for compliance, due diligence, mergers & acquisitions and problem resolution.

Actively engaged in operation, development and promotion of historic, 95 year old non-profit community theater, also serving as Executive Secretary and Front of House Co-Chair. Created, executed and produced Footlighters first fundraising weekend, "Broadway in Berwyn," now an established, annual event, raising thousands of dollars each year. Active member of Leadership Team, the church governing body, since 2010; five-year member of church Trustees, now overseeing church rentals and liaison to Leadership. Participant in major church reorganization beginning in 2016. 20 year Mission Team Lead under the Director of Christian Education, developing mission curriculum and supervising annual Children's Mission Project. Active participant in women's ministries as well as youth mission trips across the US. Teaching responsibilities currently include "Adult Connections" programs.

Founding member of the SEI Women's Network, created to inspire and support the professional growth of women working at SEI Investments by providing educational forums, networking activities and encouraging success. The Network is now led by a board of ~20 directors from across SEI's business units and competencies, hosting a multitude of programs with thousands of participants and is a significant influencer at both SEI and within the financial services industry.

General office management plus responsibilities for all aspects of tour operation, marketing, sales and promotion. Created and opened new l'Arc en Ciel Voyages division, creating and marketing international travel opportunities for the gay & lesbian community; the division propelled from infancy to international prominence in less than three years. Prolific author of news releases and travel articles for international travel publications/news media & consumer magazines. Successfully campaigned for and won the first “Preferred Agent” status for the 1998 Amsterdam Gay Games, ultimately escorting thousands of athletes to the event.
