This allows our clients and residents quicker access to critical medical assistance, securing mental health services, and significantly improving their communications with medical and educational professionals.As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I utilize a problem-solving methodology to drive efficiency and performance within these complicated systems for best client outcomes. I am known as someone who takes stalled projects to completion. I assist clients with overcoming their obstacles or mountains. As a volunteer on the Greater Cincinnati Association for Talent and Development (GCATD) Planning Committee we bring the latest innovations in technology to our members. I have recruited and facilitated GCATD Zoom conferences with national speakers. Through team-building and as the Kenwood Toast of the Town 2020-2021 President, I led our club to become Presidential Distinguished. This is the highest international recognition.
