After working as a phone agent, I was promoted to a Team Lead position where I managed a team of 8-12 agents. I met with each agent individually twice a week for mentoring and training. We also met as a team once a week to set team and individual goals. My teams were always one of the top teams on the floor for Customer Satisfaction.Contributed to our Employee empowerment committee whose purpose it was to reduce attrition on the call floor and implement and enhance creative ways to encourage employee satisfaction and engagement.Helped with hiring fairs by giving tours of the floor to prospective employees and then interviewing the candidates for 1st and 2nd interviews.
