My role is to be a positive deviant in an organisation or community. I bring my character strengths of curiosity, creativity, judgement,humour, hope and gratitude to a group of people to effect change. A passionate lifelong learner for myself and the communities I work with. Driven by an innate creativity I am able to think of novel and productive ways to enable communities to flourish in an environment where often there is a fear of failure and families are choking on anxiety to achieve the best grades or believe they are not good enough.An enthusiastic speaker at many conferences and events, I believe in sharing my successes and failures and engaging others to ask mindfully what do they want, right here, right now. With my diverse global experience of working in Education in the UK, Singapore, Bangalore and Shanghai as well as living in Europe, Asia and now the United States, I can bring a rich knowledge and experience to communities, inspiring them to discover change for themselves. Above all I feel we should show compassion firstly to ourselves and then to others, greet everything that life throws at us with gratitude and kindness and only then will we truly flourish and be the best that we can be.
