- To prepare quotation, issue invoices to client- To keep eye on details while project is on going- To issue purchase order for the purpose of items in accordance to orders received from sales and production department - To evaluate the quality of suppliers on a year to year- To confirm of receipts of purchase order by relevant parties for coordination of delivery time and ensuring quality and specification of items are up to par- Sorting delivery order and specification or items are up to par - Submission of completed purchase order to account department

- Ensure effective and efficient daily operation for back end and front end. - Respond to guest queries in a timely and efficient manner - Manage, record and resolve promptly on complaint and request.- Dealing with building management and owner for the defect report and complaint.- Liaise with Online Travel Agencies to make sure operation is running smoothly.

- Plan and arrange travel itinerary, respond to guest queries.- Book reservations for restaurant, hotel, tour guide, transport and other admission.- Calculate and control tour quotation within budget.
