My role is to hold initial discussions with IFA firms to help them identify their business needs in the RDR world and how and outsourced Investment and Service Proposition may assist them to re-ignite their business, provide an exceptional service to their clients and increase their profitability.I also work with some of our existing firms to work towards embedding our process within their businesses.

I run the Account Management Team at IBOSS whom are responsible for forming and maintaining relationships with IFA's and Organisations that we work closely with.IBOSS works with IFA's and helps to deliver a robust investment process ensuring that this is communicated to your clients, taking the strain from your business. We complete all the required switching and rebalancing providing your business with a complete audit trail. IBOSS help you to de-risk your business and ultimately increase the value of your business.Enabling you to concentrate on building strong relationships with your clients, whilst we assist you manage the client review process:•We’ll maintain your clients portfolio and carry out any fund switching and rebalancing on a regular basis for you. •Your client is always kept in the picture with regular communications using your own branding. •Client contact may be by either letter or the unique IBOSS developed ‘eSwitch*’ service allowing your clients to accept or reject fund changes and monitor their investments on a regular basis whilst at the same time inform you of any changes in their circumstances or additional investment requirements they may have. •IBOSS carries out all fund switches and rebalancing. Investment management serviceVarious investment options allow you to choose the investment process best suited to your business:•Option A – The IBOSS Investment Proposition.Our portfolios are based on a strategic asset allocation with a 4% maximum holding per fund and between 35 to 40 funds per portfolio. The use of multiple funds reduces volatility with emphasis laying on long term discrete performance, fund manager tenure and fund synergy. All portfolios are reviewed quarterly•Option B – Your own investment proposition.IBOSS offer you the option to continue to work with your own investment process and portfolios should you wish. If choosing to use our service in this way all portfolios must be built and maintained by yourself.
