About Sue Tinker

I knew I found my calling the day I walked into a closet showroom and saw the jewelry drawer. Organization had always appealed to me so helping others get organized sounded like the perfect job for me. That was over 20 years ago. I’ve been with Closet Works for 17 years and take pride in seeing it grow to be the largest, most successful company in the Chicago area. The emphasis on customer service is what brought me here. Continuous improvement, high quality product and good value keeps me enjoying my career every day.Specialties: My design experience includes award winning residential closets the size of a boutique up to large scale projects for nursing homes and university dorms at DePaul and IIT. I’ve worked on office projects for medical offices, laboratories and store displays. I feel very fortunate to have found a career that has been so enjoyable and rewarding. I also love the challenge of maximizing a small space and seeing how even a simple design makes a huge impact.
