I'm passionate about creating educational, fun, and interactive wellness events, retreats, festivals, and self development workshops that empower people to reach their full potential.With over 30 years event management experience in the corporate and not-for-profit sector, including SGIC, Minter Ellison Lawyers, and the Royal Flying Doctor Service, together with advertising, promotion, marketing and media experience, clients can be assured of a quality and professional service.Our mental, emotional and physical well-being is paramount and I assist people by using a range of tools including mindfulness and motivation to develop individuals and groups to achieve desired outcomes. Being a certified Psychosomatic Therapist, Intuitive and Bodyworker, enables me to easily assess the character of a person, their general overall well-being, and what stress their body might be holding. I'm also able to intuitively connect with a person's energy to determine their internal health and any possible dis-harmony or dis-ease showing up. I offer individual sessions at Carpe Diem with Remi's upstairs Haven at 158 Commercial Road, Port Adelaide, South Australia.I am also a Meditation Facilitator and have been running weekly meditation groups in the community for over 17 years. In 2009 I created the annual Enlighten Adelaide Festival which ran for 13 years, and subsequently, the Riverland Wellness Festival, to bring people together in a welcoming space to connect with quality health professionals and experience mindfulness practices, massage, natural and organic products, and empower people to improve their own health.
