As my career has developed, I’ve realised that I’m good at building relationships and managing complexity. I’m proud to have held senior roles in remarkable Welsh organisations across the charity, arts and private sectors and have developed a broad skill set. I think strategically and apply my experience to implement a variety of approaches to challenges and solutions.
