Developed and provides oversight of the following new clinics: NP Cards Urgent Clinic, NP Emergency Room Chest Pain Consult Clinic, NP Inpatient Consult Service, and the NP Inpatient Acute Care Service. Coordinates NP support for UVA Cardiology Specialty Care Satellite Clinics servicing the Central Virginia Region. Supervises the following new programs to include: Advanced Valve Clinic and Inpatient Service, General Cardiology Inpatient NP Service, Cards Consults NP Service, and Non-invasive Cardiology Stress Lab.Participates as a member of quality improvement and clinical leadership committees across the Heart Vascular Center.

Plan, supervise and budget for the strategic nursing educational plan for 4 acute care hospitals within the largest healthcare system located in the Pacific Basin. Chairperson of the Nursing Education Consortium. Developed a Learning Resource Center that consists of a computer lab, simulation lab and 2 classrooms with tele-video capability so the training can be provided remotely using advanced technology.
