During her career, she has consistently led high-performing teams primarily through a focus on coaching and developing people, prioritizing culture and fit, improving team effectiveness and implementing more efficient systems. As a senior manager in a region producing $750 million in sales, she not only successfully navigated a major economic downturn while maintaining profitability but replaced all of the production through a focus on leadership development and leveraging efficiencies. During her time as a regional manager, she led the fastest growing region in her organization. And prior to officially moving into management, she was one of her company’s top 5 producers and consistently in the top 10 percent nationwide. Throughout her career, Sue was known for her ability to not only coach her own people but others throughout the organization and her industry as well. She loves to help clients know their “why” while instilling a growth mindset whenever possible. She’s known for bringing transformational change to everyone she serves. In addition to being certified to deliver a wide range of assessments, Sue is also a certified NeuroStrategic Coach and is currently working to complete her International Coaching Federation certification. Passionate about serving through mission work, Sue spent many years partnering with humanitarian groups focused on eliminating poverty through land ownership initiatives.
