Very comfortable wearing so many hats. I am an experienced journalist and a strategic communications expert. For over 20 years I have worked at a high level in strategic roles spanning communications and the media. Repeat clients and long-term partnerships feature heavily in my work. Clients and partners love that I'm output-oriented, highly efficient and get things done without hand holding. I am superb at building strong relationships over email!I usually work on a project or retainer basis. I perfected how to WFH over a decade before the pandemic hit, so I'm very attached to remote work. You'll find I mostly work at odd hours and scatter meetings across my 9-5 as required. Currently, I am most in demand as a freelance journalist, communications manager, copywriter and a writing trainer or media trainer. My superb communications skills are an essential part of my success, and are used in every role I take on.
