I rebuilt relations with key stakeholders and partners after a lack of confidence in policing the elections. I renewed Community Boards (IAG and SNB) for the Borough to focus on diverse needs of community, representing BAME communities. I was Gold for critical and fatal incidents, chairing multi-agency Gold Groups setting TofR, aims and objectives. I merged the two policing environments restructuring portfolios to focus on high risk areas and safeguarding opportunities, ensuring staff well briefed to respond to hate crimes after terrorist incidents and support vulnerable communities by addressing high crime rates, ASB and poor criminal justice outputs. I reorganised and co-chaired Community Safety Partnerships and other statutory boards introducing Executive Boards and streamlining main Boards to focus on priorities encouraging more participation from private sector and voluntary agencies to address exploitation, extremism and protect vulnerable communities. My strong fiscal management and reviewing spend enabled me to remain within budget. I was the Lead Responsible Officer for Domestic Abuse for the MPS improving service delivery and outcomes for survivors. I supported National and Metwide policy, promoting good practice. Show less
