Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist, Master's in Counselling, Member of The Dietitian's Association of Australia. I provide nutrition therapy and education to patients with eating disorders and their families, in a multidisciplinary outpatient clinic. My expertise is in the symptom management of eating problems, in particular, eating disorders and in helping clients learn how to trust their bodies – and appetites – again. I’m a dietitian with a Master’s Degree in counseling. I trained and worked as a Registered Dietitian (RD) in the U.S. for ten years before moving to Australia.

Providing a comprehensive nutrition service to the patients on the eight-bed inpatient eating disorder unit: Nutrition therapy and education, mealtime supervision, group and family education and consultative service for other members of the multidisciplinary team

Providing specialized care in the treatment of eating disorders in a tertiary care centre for the state of New South Wales. Involving patient care, teaching, group work, writing and reviewing educational matierials and cunsultative work.

Conducted a needs assessment for the area health service in Southeastern Sydney, Australia. Planning and implementing research related to the needs of persons with eating disorders. Literature review, interviewing clinical and community workers, liaison with advisory teams, data collection and management, report writing. Report published titled "Needs Assessment for Persons with Eating Disorders".
