Configure and maintain the payroll software (Workday Payroll/HCM, Kronos iSeries) for a large corporate payroll team, as well as work with department management and other members of the HR/PY team to come up with ways to streamline processes and implement new practices to help increase the integrity and efficiency of the payroll department.-Work closely with IT, HCMS, HR, HRSS, and other partners on projects and system development.-Build, monitor, and troubleshoot imports and integrations. Create logic based calculations for use in PY accruals and reporting. Act as liaison for internal and external auditors in regards to department financial reporting, analytics, and metrics.-Serve as tier 3 support for time editors and payroll staff. Collaborate with applications support and software developers during application implementation, testing, and upgrades.-Manage department and company reporting requests by creating custom Workday reports, building Kronos quick reporting system (genies), and utilizing Showcase Queries to pull and analyze data requests.-Perform a variety of health checks on department software and troubleshoot when necessary. Grant and maintain appropriate security access and function profiles for timekeeping and HR. Create and maintain pay rules and system configuration impacting over 65,000 employees and participate in projects that expand the scope and/or scale of Payroll, while ensuring compliance with department and company procedures, policies, and state and federal regulations and statutes.-Often required to act as SME and payroll department representative when working on corporate initiatives or in cooperation with other departments.

Assist in the execution of financial reporting, analytics and system administration for the payroll department as part of the systems support team. Manage department and company reporting requests by creating custom Workday reports, building Kronos quick reporting system (genies), and utilizing Showcase Queries to pull and analyze data requests. Maintain system configuration and security, as well as work with department management and other members of the HR/PY team to come up with ways to streamline processes and implements new practices to help increase the integrity and efficiency of the payroll department.. -Responsible to create and maintain pay rules and system configuration impacting over 60,000 employees and participate in projects that expand the scope and/or scale of Payroll, while ensuring compliance with department and company procedures, policies, and state and federal regulations and statutes -Often required to act as SME and payroll department representative when working on corporate initiatives or in cooperation with other departments.

Provided administration and support of the payroll and HCM systems for a branch of around 200 employees.
