Senior Manager, Strategic Planning And Development

I led a 9-member team in the Staff Training, Organization Development and Strategic Planning functions in CSC. During this time, I worked closely with the CEO and all C-Suite members to strategize and roll out CSC's organizational restructuring exercise. I planned and facilitated the senior management retreats and meetings in redesigning the new strategy map and key performance indicators for CSC.My team planned and executed all change management, communications and engagement strategies for staff during the restructuring process. This included starting a bimonthly newsletter, focus groups and orchestrating quarterly town hall sessions with the CEO. As part of process review, I was the leader of a cross department team that reviewed the policies for External Expertise Engagement in CSC. This was a core process that required consolidation and integration as part of the restructuring exercise.My staff training portfolio included the development and continuous refinement of development plans & training roadmaps of all CSC staff, as well as the design of learning interventions for internal training.Outside of my core work, I was also an Action Learning Set Facilitator for Leadership Development Milestone Programs for middle and senior managers in the Singapore Public Service. I enjoyed the interaction with the participants and was excited to use my skills to help them in their leadership journeys.My career has had long ties with CSC, hence, the conceptualization and launch of the CSC 10th Anniversary Culture book has been one of my treasured and proud achievements in this role.
