- Identification of potential Channel Partner in International market & meetings for understanding and evaluation of the magnitude of opportunity & its's conversion into sales- Pre-tender promotion to be ahead of competition- Registration in relevant authorities for participation in bids- Respond to bid invitations, preparation & submission of EOI/ RFI/RFQ/RFP- Analyse product & company compliance with the invitation & suggest strategic improvement based upon historic bids- Analysis, preparation & submission of EOI/RFI/RFQ/RFP requirements: identify gaps and inconsistencies; crafts questions to get clarification from the foreign tender authority/foreign government- Technical & commercial bid management for the different end users like Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, Special Forces of foreign governments in coordination with Channel Partner & technical team- Working & recommendation of pricing to remain competitive with product/tender bidding price- Ensure product compliance, quality, completion of International contracts with Channel partners & Foreign end user- Support technical team by providing customer feedback on product- Develop & review sales reports, post procurement analysis - Attend International Defense trade shows to generate leads, new contact & market understanding, competition awareness- Frequent meetings with Channel Partners & end users to understand latest trend, customer needs, competitors' position and depth of customer base to support marketing strategy
