Operation Lead
Current-To lead ICS daily operation contact center team (ANZ,EMEA). -The contact center is responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting services related to server infrastructure. Their primary role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, and network issues to ensure smooth server operations based on products categories and channels.-To lead improvement and continuously team audit on weekly basis.-Preparation and presentation of QBR (Quarterly Business Review), MBR (Monthly Business Review) to stakeholders.-Monitor and ensure team members meet the goals (KPI), service level agreements (SLA) and adherence to process.
