 Process and authorize QPP and TDA loans and TDA and RMD withdrawals as per members’ requests. Generate Loans and TDA withdrawals weekly payroll report and analyze and forward report breakdown to General Accounting and Banking unit and directors. Re-amortize QPP and TDA loans as per members’ request or members’ status update and generate letter. Compute and analyze loan payoff figures for members and generate loan payoff letters. Coordinate with General Accounting and Accounts Receivable unit for reissuing and redepositing checks. Collaborate with Legal dept on court orders for members’ QDRO withdrawal requests and hardship cases. Compute TDA contribution rate as per members’ request and generate detailed letter to members.
