To assist Sales & Marketing department in daily administrative & marketing support and undertake task or assignment as and when it is required.Independently following up with action on matters which falls within S&M such as chasing responses, triggering & followup action.To debrief and prepare necessary materials for S&M HOD.Screen calls, enquiries and requests and deal with any related parties.Manage and assessing priority of appointments as necessary.To provide full assistance to all marketing team and sales team.Prepare & execute S&M quarter planning, monthly planning, weekly planning & daily planning.Generate new marketing campaigns & idea to create sales lead.Perform sales & marketing activities.Identifies business opportunities by identifying customer/prospect needs & wants, defining market & competitors strengths.Develop planning, implementing and evaluating sales status.Close up motivating sales & marketing team to achieve goals / target set by the management.Update HOD of S&M of any intel for sales team.Maintain accurate information on company product.Generate weekly schedule for S&M department by requesting approval to HOD.Adapt to new marketing ideas given.Actively source and meet potential customers for sales closures.Ensure Marketing office are properly maintain.Outsource for opportunities to collaborate withagencies/ authorities.Advertising of LGD product in various platform.Prepare design of advertisement accordingly.Provide full intensive training / monitoring to Sales & Marketing Team.Performing task on weekend or public holiday when it is required.Assist with any ad-hoc task assigned by management / HOD that might be assigned from time to time.
