I have worked across two product teams at WorldRemit (now merged into one), initially starting out on a platform team developing a service that powers the businesses complex transfer details configuration before moving over to the app team.- Helped develop and launch a greenfield app and am currently responsible for the core send experience which is used to send hundreds of millions across the world annually. - Drove a comprehensive UX/UI overhaul of the money transfer funnel by leveraging user research, data analytics, and market insights, driving a 14% improvement in conversion rate and trimming the time it takes for a customer to send money down by 11%.- Prioritised technical debt reduction and speed improvements, streamlining the user experience across the mobile app.- Led the overhaul of payment journeys, resulting in a smoother and faster checkout process resulting in a 50% reduction in time to pay.- Developed a comprehensive tagging strategy for the app, ensuring effective data capture and analysis of user behaviour.- Currently working with a globally distributed full-stack engineering team of 11 and a designer, fostering a fun team culture (personal highlight of this role).

Mobile NVMO Client- Shaped and launched marketing campaigns across the site.- Orchestrated sitewide SEO improvements which contributed to more organic traffic.- Ran numerous A/B tests across the website and web app leading to conversion improvements from a 2%on RAF all the way through to a 16% on landing page.- Helped reduce churn by 19% by learning more about our customers needs/intentions through userinterviews and behavioural data analysis.- Implemented proactive help resources and core bug fixes, achieving a 25% reduction in chat supportusage.- Owned and maintained the sitewide data layer, Google Analytics and Tag Manager.Other bits- Helped develop a data / growth offer for Idean/frog.- Played a key part in inclusive design thinking internally at Idean/frog.- Ran many workshops with senior stakeholders from banks and highstreet pharmaceutical companies toaid product discovery.

- Owned/Maintained all digital products across 2 brands.- Planned and built a new website that is SEO optimised contributing to more organic traffic.- Built 5 different internal tools/web apps Node / React) from business need, wireframing all the way to development/launch.- Implemented a BI tool, developing a suite of over 150 reports that provided critical insights into thebusiness's operational performance, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.- Led on becoming GDPR compliant, working with external legal partners and leadership.- Collaborated with leadership to ideate, plan and launch a new sister brand for the US market.- Optimised the business’s ways of working by automating and using data to assist decision making leading to a 2x improvement in pre-event prep time.- Optimised jobs fair check-in process by building custom ticket scanning platform in order to better manage flow of traffic which ultimately sped up the process by 5x and contributed to better reporting.

Started as a fun project to learn about big data technologies and ended up turning into a startup fully designed and developed by myself. Tridly collected all pageview and click data allowing site owners to see what their visitors’ most common path is to conversion.

- Kick started a new A/B test development offering and built over 100 test variants for a range of clients from startups all the way up to FTSE 500 companies.- Automated funnel opportunity analysis spreadsheets and eventually productised it.- Worked with client tech teams to implement tools.- Led optimisation projects and strategised marketing campaigns.

I worked with a number of different clients as an Engineer / Product person here are a few of the highlights:- Worked with the CEO to help identify opportunity spaces- Wireframed ideas, developed (Python) and launched MVPs- Worked closely with the team to test the MVP with live traffic.- Identified, designed, developed and analysed a number of A/B tests (increased subscription trials by 25%)- Discovered missed opportunities and built landing pages for various campaigns to drive product growth- Built a number of SQL reports to assist in measuring product performance.- Developed the 2014 relaunch homepage for bebo / optimised the size of the landing page (heavy parallax usage).- Wire-framed and developed a social network MVP and created HTML5 animated ads.- Designed and rebuilt core web app UI from Flash to HTML5 and optimised on-page SEO for the marketing pages.

A vinyl decal sticker company I started straight after leaving school, doing all the research, design, product development and even sticker cutting out of my bedroom. Initially started out B2C before pivoting to B2B after a few months, working with both large and small tech companies such as Squarespace & MediaTemple.
