VP, Engagement Services (2/2018 – present) In February of 2018 SSB was acquired by a private equity firm Strattam Capital out of Austin, TX. The acquisition allowed for additional growth capital for the product side of SSB. Prologis is a global REIT (real estate investment trust) and Fortune 500 company. During tenure managed a project to upgrade several globally distributed SharePoint 2003 environments to SharePoint 2007. Successfully envisioned, managed, scheduled, and budgeted a project to upgrade and consolidate SQL server instances for a cost savings of over $80,000 annually. In the pursuit of a corporate objective to create a unified global IT department, designed and managed a project to create a globally distributed SharePoint based corporate intranet that increased performance worldwide by a factor of six. Instrumental role in developing a leasing portal solution that reduced overhead costs and improved lease process and operations. Scheduled, managed and identified resource requirements for three concurrent high visibility merger related projects that had coinciding deadlines and end dates.
