As the Training and Placement Secretary Terna Engineering College, I have been entrusted with the responsibility of bridging the gap between students and potential employers. In this role, I lead the coordination of campus recruitment activities, connecting students with top organizations across various industries. My key responsibilities include organizing placement drives, collaborating with recruiters to understand their requirements, and preparing students through workshops on resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills.I work closely with faculty and industry professionals to ensure students are aware of the latest career opportunities and trends. Additionally, I manage and analyze placement data to optimize our strategies and help students make informed career choices.
