Su has significant experience of working in complex settings and environments. She has held senior/director level roles in health and care organisations, with the majority of her career working in the NHS. She set up her own consultancy in 2011 and was a non-executive director (NED) for 5 years in the NHS. Su’s work focuses working with individuals, teams, organisations and systems to improve service delivery. Much of this work is includes working in politically sensitive, complex settings. She is an energetic, enthusiastic and flexible facilitator – bringing constructive challenge and support to all her projects. Su works with a range of individuals, teams, boards and senior teams and wider organisations to design interventions to support changes in services, culture and leadership. Clients include the NHS, local government, the police and voluntary organisations.
