From Machine Installation to Trail Production in Chennai.➢ Trouble Shooting in Electrical Circuits, Mechanical System & Problem Solving.➢ Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance & Breakdown Maintenance.➢ Respected Areas Paint shop, Casting, Welding, Assembly, Machining, Power House & Utility (Including DG, Compressors, ETP). ➢ Ordering spareparts for the all the equipment after understanding equipments & Bill of material. Clearing all the technical queries that has been raised by supplier during ordering.➢ Analysis Major Breakdown & Take Permanent Action to prevent Happen.➢ Arrange spare managing coordinates with OEM Suppliers.➢ Modify PLC Program to Optimized Machine Cycle Time, Safety & Power Save.➢ Power Saving Actives Throughout Plant.➢ Supporting CEIG Audit with supervisors to verify Electrical drawings.➢ Supporting TS16949 Audit with Supervisors Preparing Documents & Follow.➢ Give Training to Fresher for Maintenance & Improve Their Technical Skills.ACADEMIC AND PROFESSION ACHIEVEMENTS:➢ Got Attendance Award Four Times for Four Quarterly Periods of 2016.➢ Got Best Kaizen Awards Trice for Improve Safety, Productivity, Power Saving.➢ Got Best Performer Award in the month of Sep 2015.➢ Got Fourth place in our company SGA project for the reduction of Paint Shop Filter Cost as performed as Team leader in the month of Feb 2017.
