For the purpose of cracking interviews, I had learnt the perfect definition of Human Resources- "It is about getting the work done with and through people". And it worked well for me! But I didn't understand the meaning of it, until I started working in Human Resources myself. I have worked at Headsup Corporation for 2 years. Was helping Startups and SMEs streamline their business through Human Resources function. Having completed my Post Graduation in HR and 2 internships in the same area, I had already realised that this is something I wanted to pursue my career in. It took me a while to settle in my role, but when I started working on consulting projects, I was surprised to know that Human Resources had many unexplored opportunities to work in. I still remember my very first task, which was to research about Employer Branding. The topic itself made me feel amazed on how can Branding be related to HR. And that's when I came across the beauty of Human Resources, it is the epicentre!If HR was a superhero gig, I would be the strategist who turns chaos into culture and processes into progress. After moving to IPLIX Media, I experienced, which is now my strong belief that HR isn’t just about policies—it’s about people.
