Support the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies following logistics work orders.- Assist in the completion of receiving reports by entering the required information.- Hands-on shipping operations for full container load (FCL) freights for global shipments.- Communicate with drivers, freight forwarders and logistics manager to provide and verify the shipment details.- Assist the Shipping Lead in assessing the load, recording, and photographing as required and mentioned on the load plan.- Tracking and updating the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.- Support the completion of shipments by processing and loading orders by following the load plans provided.- Verify the receiving reports and documents to unpack products and route them to an appropriate storage area.

- Receiving and inspecting inbound products. Assessing, verifying quantities, and evaluating the condition of products and documentation for the inventories.- Used Excel Worksheets to create inventory records and assist in organizing and optimizing inventory storage and fulfilment.- Perform routine cycle count and track inventories to ensure the order demand.- Pull products from inventory based on customer orders, pack/assemble goods, label packages, and ship merchandise while maintaining a high level of fulfillment standards.- Review order accuracy by verifying the order number and product quantity and handled packages ranging from small envelopes to huge boxes weighing up to 44 pounds and packing the orders safely, effectively, and quickly for LTL shipments.- Responsible for loading packages in the trucks/carriers, completing the work orders and update in the database.

- Selection of right and cost-effective modes of transportation (FTL, LTL, Intermodal) that provides the maximum margins and satisfy the needs of the customer and assisted in route surveys for efficient and safe transportation.- Prepared Bill of Lading, Packing List, and Invoice for the shipments.- Prepared invoice processes promptly (based on the payment terms).- Organizes and schedules routine vehicle maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, and safety inspections and ensuring safety measures for truck drivers.- Assisted with an in-house sales team so that orders were processed accurately and on schedule for clients.- Strengthen trustworthy relationships with truckers and carriers by communicating with them regularly.
