Having 3 years experience in US based medical billing; ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Review on Client’s updates mails, update demographic information, enter charges and file the claims as per the client’s instruction.Quality analysis of charges entered.Have follow ups on the accounts and ensure reimbursements at the earliest time possible for the clients.Work on Correspondence files and fix up the denials in due time.Analysis of reports and find solution for outstanding claims.Review client mails and take action accordingly.Work on reports sent by the client and respond to the mail in the fixed time.Analyze the overall month collections and prepare a month end report with the collection amount and tractions count and send a mail to the client

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Enter charges as per Client’s updates and instructions and enter patient demographic information in the software.Enter Payments as per Client’s instruction.Interaction with Clients and Insurance companies to find a solution for the outstanding claims and also to discuss and clarify the updates with the clients for quality work.
