A forward-thinking, creative and impact driven professional with 20+ years of experience working deeply with communities, government, academic institutions, profit and non-profit companies. Previously, as the Associate Dean at Stanford University, my collaborative and inclusive approach in moving through institutional challenges and guiding students to find and follow their purpose, was highly successful in impacting campus culture. Prior to Stanford, I was a Yale Greenberg World Fellow – a highly competitive programme for rising global leaders. I worked at Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights UK as Director of Education; specialising in human rights education, curriculum design, leadership development and engaging in related issues stemming from inequalities, racism and injustice in the UK and around the world.
